Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Do RUC Calendars have pictures for each month?
No, our Calendars are all about space for writing. That's what makes us different. We want the paper to be more writable than usual calendars, for each day to have heaps of space for writing, there should be room for notes and the text should be large and easy to read. In the Baby Calendar, we do have stickers though.
Why is the Calendary so large?
Because you need space to think and plan – something apps just can't give you!
The large format lets you spread it open, see your whole week at a glance, and actually write everything down with room to spare. Unlike tiny phone screens where you're constantly scrolling and tapping, you can sit comfortably (even on your bed!) and think about your day ahead, checking what's coming up and planning how it all fits together.
There's something powerful about seeing your week laid out physically – no notifications, no battery issues, just you and your thoughts on paper. Plus, you can actually read what you've written!
Are the RUC Calendars easy to write on?
Yes, we don't use the usual calendar shiny paper, we use paper without a coating to make it easier to write on.
Is the Calendary suitable for people with poor vision?
Absolutely! The Calendary features large, clear text and uses high-contrast black and white lettering, making it much easier to read than typical calendars. Plus, the generous writing spaces mean you can write larger if needed, and there's plenty of room to read what you've written.
The large format isn't just about having space – it's about making sure everyone can actually use and enjoy their calendar comfortably.
Why don't the RUC Calendars have public holidays and religious dates?
We keep our calendars clean and simple so they work for everyone! Rather than assuming which holidays matter to you, we give you a blank canvas to add your own special days – whether that's public holidays, religious celebrations, birthdays, or cultural events.
This way, your calendar is truly personal and reflects what matters in YOUR life, not what we think should matter. Whether you're in Australia or anywhere else in the world, you're in control of what goes on your calendar.
